Can I get logos or graphics?

Yes! Logos and graphic are available to add a personal touch to your banner. You can either browse our background images, working with a professional graphic designer or send us your logo and the type of special graphics you would like on your banner. We will then provide you a quote on the additonal costs that may apply. 

Am I limited on the number of colors on my banner?

No! You can add unlimited colors and graphics on our full color banners. If you just need colored text and a white background, choose our "text only banner" option. 

What material are your banners made from?

Full Color Banners and Text Only Banners are printed on high quality 13 oz scrim vinyl. We also have mesh banners, fabric banners and canvas banners. 

Do your banners come with grommets?

Yes! Standard finishing for vinyl banners is heat welded hems and grommets every 2-4 feet depending on the banner size.

How do I hang my banner?

Our banners come with metal grommets in every corner and every 2-4 ft. around the edges of the banner. You can use bungee cords, zip ties or ropes to hang your banner on buildings, fences, or between poles. It is very important that you use all grommets supplied on the banner for fastening. The banner material is very strong, however only using a portion of the grommets may cause extra stress and result in grommets being torn out. If you are in need of customized ways to hang your banner (pole pockets, bungees, etc.) please let us know and we can accommodate those needs.

What materials do you offer?

We have vinyl banners, fabric banners, mesh banners, and canvas banners. We also have window perf, wall graphics, floor graphics, table covers, canvas, and wall art. 

Can I get a special size banner?

Yes! We can do any size vinyl banner up to 16 feet by 50 feet without seams. Max print widths vary on our other products. Contact us if you have any questions about product sizing.

Where do you ship from?

Our main production facilities are located in Minnesota. We also have a production facility in Las Vegas to better serve our west coast customers.

Can you print double-sided banners?

Yes! You will need to work with a customer service representative for this option, but we do offer double sided banners.

Can your banners be used outdoors?

Yes! Our vinyl banners are rated for indoor and outdoor use.

What products do you offer other than banners?

Our product line includes vinyl banners, banner stands, yard signs, mesh banners, fabric banners, table covers, canvas wall art, vinyl decals, wall graphics, floor graphics, window perf and flags. 

Can I upload my own artwork?

Yes! 

Can I order online?

Yes! You can design your product online in our online designer or you can upload your own file. You can also work with a graphic designer.

What happens if I receive damaged product? Do you have a warranty policy?

Yes, we do, but some stipulations apply. Products such as ours are designed for temporary applications. Properly installed products are designed to withstand exposure to natural elements. However, elements that are beyond normal conditions can cause deterioration and failure. These include, but are not limited to high winds, hail damage, ice damage, and other natural events. If you do happen to experience a product failure due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of the purchase date, Wholesalebannerz.com will replace the product at full cost. Any product that experiences a failure due to a manufacturing defect from 31 to 90 days after the purchase date, Wholesalebannerz.com will pro-rate your replacement cost.
